Demolition Equipment / Robotic
BROKK

You can maximize utilization and earn a better return on investment if you have different demolition tools to choose between. Brokk machines can be fitted with breakers, concrete crushers, steel shear, buckets, scabblers, grapples and other equipment. The more tools you have, the more jobs you can take on.

The smallest demolition robot in the Brokk family is Brokk 50. Originally introduced to strip down tiles in old bathrooms,  Brokk 50 is able to pass through 60 cm wide doorways and is therefore the perfect machine wherever narrow openings have to be considered.  It can  be transported in a standard passenger elevator or even  climb up and down ordinary stairways.

Brokk 90 is  one of the most versatile machines available on the market for demolition in confined spaces. It incorporates the best features of previous Brokk models and all the experience gained by Brokk operators and owners and fills the gap between our smallest Brokk 50  and the next size, Brokk 180. When demolishing in confined spaces, size does matter!

Brokk 90 is easy to transport on a trailer or pick-up. It can be driven on floors in residential buildings and transported in a passenger elevator between floors. It can even climb up and down ordinary stairways.

The popular Brokk 180 is our medium range demolition robot. This flexible, all-round machine is suitable for many different  demolition tasks in construction demolition but also in the  cement, process and nuclear industries.

Brokk 180 can be customized to suit different locations and requirements. It can be operated on 32 or 63 amp supplies and be equipped with flap down outriggers or dozer blade. Brokk 180 can also be fitted with a  telescopic arm if you need extra reach and accessibility.

The giant in the Brokk family is the 330 model. To our knowledge it is also the most powerful demolition robot available on world markets at present.  As with all Brokk machines, the capacity in relation to size and weight is unsurpassed.

The Brokk 330 weighs 4400kg without attachment and can handle tools of up to 550 kilo weight. Compare these figures with the weight of a conventional excavator equipped with the same type of breaker! The difference is that a Brokk machine is designed and built specifically for demolition purposes, thus optimized for this particular kind of job. And it does it better than any other equipment available.
